Order Process

1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email
2. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
3. You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking information

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary by location. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not satisfied:

Return Policy

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
• Non-returnable items: swimwear bottoms (unless defective) and opened shapewear bodysuits
• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/damaged

Refund Process

• Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunded to original payment method
• Original shipping fees non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchanges

• Shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or we refund difference)

Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping.
