Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms unless they arrive defective or damaged. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make the process smooth as our best-fitting one-piece swimsuits.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused merchandise with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our LA address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account – just like waiting for that perfect beach day!
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Exchanges typically ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms, swim briefs)
- Opened shapewear bodysuits (due to intimate nature)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective (unlike our reputation for quality), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs – because beach days shouldn’t be spoiled by faulty swimwear.
